• Outpatient procedures - 2 weeks a month
• State-of-the-art GI Lab

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active PA License
• Fellowship
• BLS
• ERCP -Required
  • Required current experience:
    • Demonstrated current competence and evidence of the performance of at least 40 therapeutic ERCP procedures, 10 sphincterotomies and 10 stent placements in the past 12 months
    • OR Initial privileges if completion of training is greater than 36 months:
      • Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited program in gastroenterology that included training in ERCP, or if program did not include ERCP, evidence of ERCP training.
  • Required current experience:
    • Demonstrated current competence and evidence of the performance of at least 60 therapeutic ERCP procedures, 15 sphincterotomies and 15 stent placements in the past 24 months.
• EBUS - Preferred
  • Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited program in gastroenterology that included training in EUS of a minimum 100 procedures with at least 20 fine needle aspirations
  • AND
  • Required current experience:
    • Demonstrated current competence and evidence of the performance of at least 20 therapeutic EUS procedures in the past 12 months or completion of training in the past 12 months.
