Looking for a Board Certified Fam/IM Physician in Florence, AZ - Correctional Work
Facility had a perm fall through - need someone ASAP!
Start Date: 6/3 or 6/10 pending credentialing.
3 month commitment with 3 month extension depending on perm search.
The provider will cover both Central AZ and Florence West facilities. They are both next to each other. They can do 2 10s at one site and 2 10s at the other site. Flexible with whatever week days.
Male correctional facility - ages range from 20 - 80 year olds.
15 patients per day
