- Facility Description: Two primary care offices share one very large office space. In the same location CMH also has an outpatient laboratory, an Urgent Care office open seven (7) days a week and a pediatrics practice_x000D_
- Patients Per Day: Typically, we see 70-80 per week. Initially it would be lower to accommodate longer visit times for new patients. We assign 80% of your time toward direct patient care and 20% toward administrative and miscellaneous duties. Administrative work can be done from home if desired._x000D_
