A 25 bed Critical Access Hospital in eastern Oklahoma is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a group of 3 providers.
Position Details:
• Outpatient only primary care - see 8-20 patients per day
• 4-day work week - no call and no weekends
• Excellent support staff
• Collaboration with major heart group in Oklahoma City; large tertiary referral center in Ft. Smith for other specialty care (25 minutes away)
• $300,000+ proven earning potential
• $50,000 sign-on incentive
• $200,000 in student loan assistance
• 6 weeks of Paid time Off
• Retirement match up to 8% match
