Location: Northern California, surrounded by lakes, hiking, skiing lifts and many more amazing outdoor adventures.

- A 25 bed, critical access hospital, level III trauma center, with three rural health clinics and a new emergency department.
- Looking for a Family Medicine Provider with OB experience to work in the clinic 1-2 weeks/month (depending on PT or FT) and hospital as an employed physician.
- Ideally looking for locum to perm.
- Must be qualified to handle c-sections.
- The current schedule is 4 days a week, 10hr days, plus 1 in 4 ho
- Shift type- 4 -10 hour shift in clinic a week and OB/pediatric on call. 1:4 hospital coverage.
- Inpatient and outpatient coverage
- If FP/OB, provider will take pediatric and OB call at the same time!
- Must be qualified to handle c-sections. OB procedures and minor family practice procedures. OB cases.
- 18-25 clinic patients
- Admissions per day: clinic-based provider with 0-1 hospital admission
- Patients/day: in the clinic, they would see about 15- 17 patients a day in the clinic
- Types of cases: a variety of Family Practice and OB types of cases
- Number of deliveries: 94 a year C-sections: approx. 40/year
- Orientation (half the hourly rate, kicks in after 8 hours) - "per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours."
- Hourly - No OT - "per hour, no OT"
- 24 Hour call (must include 4 hours gratis) - "per 24 hours to hold the pager to include 4 hours gratis"
- Call back (Must match hourly) - "per hour of patient contact, after gratis hours completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms"
- Holiday (1.5x the regular rate)
