* Primary Care Practice (V.I.P Service to Senior Patients through preventative patient care)_x000D_
* Oversight physicians in one of our centers_x000D_
* Full Front and Back Office Support for each Physician_x000D_

* Case Managers_x000D_
* Social Workers_x000D_
* In-house consulting specialists_x000D_
* On-site lab and prescription dispensary_x000D_
* Schedule: Monday Friday / 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (Admin time already included in your schedule)_x000D_
* Small patient panel size: 450 patients maximum (Physicians see patients an average of once per month)_x000D_
* Very light Triaged Telephonic call only_x000D_
* No Hospital Call or Rounding_x000D_
