Primary Care Physician - Medicare Advantage Focus

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to a senior patient population with Medicare Advantage coverage.
- Manage a typical daily caseload of 12 – 15 patients.
- Work collaboratively with a full support team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Focus on preventive health measures, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Valid Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
- Strong commitment to healthcare prevention and quality improvement.
