**Geriatric Medicine Opening in Wisconsin**_x000D_

* Located in ***New London, WI*** - Green Bay 40m; Milwaukee 115m_x000D_
* Seeking a BE/BC Geriatric Medicine Physician to work independently or with a team supporting our geriatric patients in New London, Wisconsin. _x000D_
* You will be responsible for working with PALTC patients in community living facilities to create a relationship while administering high quality patient care. _x000D_
* Full-time (5 days/week) w/ 36 patient contact hours _x000D_
* On-Call 19 weekdays, 1 holiday, 6 weekends (Fri 5p-Mon 7a) in 2024. MD Back up on call at all times _x000D_
* 7-8 on average for an 8-hour day, depending on the type of visit (admission vs compliance) _x000D_
* Additional coverage to rural communities _x000D_
* Support staff includes RNs and schedulers who help to coordinate provider visits, communicate with facilities, and triage phone calls. _x000D_
* The team consists of 4 physicians and 8 APCs. _x000D_

* This is an employed position with a guaranteed salary for 2 years. After the 2-year guarantee, physician goes onto the compensation plan which is based on RVU's, as well as other quality components. _x000D_
