Starting this Spring, an amazing facility in PA is searching for Emergency Medicine support working a flexible schedule of 13 shifts a month starting ASAP through June 2024. Must be BC ABEM in EM only and have an active PA license. Are you interested in hearing more? Let me know either way!
- Dates: July 2024 - June 2025
- Need 2 providers FTE
- Schedule: 13 shifts per month; Variable coverage/day/time of day. Needs to have flexibility to work any of the variated shifts listed (no specific shift that providers can expect to work as they vary)
- Physician Shift Times: 6am-5pm, 10am-9pm, 4pm-2am, 8pm-6am
- Annual patient volume: 40,000
- % of total volume are admitted. Around x admit annually. 10,000 / 25%
- % of pediatrics: 5%
- Admissions are requested by the ED docs and fall to the receiving unit after the patient leaves the ED.
- Bed Count: 46 ED beds, 155 total hospital beds
- EMR: Cerner
- Requirements: Must have active PA license, BC ABEM in EM only, Min 2 yrs experience, DEA required, ACLS
- Credentialing: Generally, 3 months for full privs
