Facility: Providence Saint John's Health Center

Opportunity: Must be able to do Endoscopic vein harvest (independent), assist with all other open heart procedures (CABG, valve repair/replacement, aneurysm repairs, ECMO, etc.).

* Dates Needed: August 1st – ONGOING
* Shifts: Monday-Friday - 8am – 4pm
* Call schedule – 1:2 (every other night and every other weekend.)
* Prefer a candidate that is full time, but open to flexible scheduling if provider is only available 3-4 days a week.

*CA active license and DEA required
