St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is seeking a Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join our team.

Highlights:

  • Opportunity to participate and grow a referral base for cardiac surgery.
  • You will join a team of 7 attending Physicians, 7 Nurse Practitioners, Pediatric ICU fellowship with 4 fellows.
  • Provide post op cardiac ICU care and General Pediatric ICU care

  • On service 7-4:30. Call 4:30 pm to 7 am, with roughly 4-5 calls per month which includes usually 1 weekend
  • Will be expected to primarily do post-op cardiac ICU care, but also able to practice in the general pediatrics ICU.

  • The division of Pediatric Cardiology consists of physicians with expertise in all subspecialities including heart failure, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology and fetal cardiology. Position would be actively involved in the multidisciplinary management of all cardiac patients.
  • We are a level 1 trauma Center, only Pediatric Burn center in the region. Hoping to grow referral base for cardiac surgery with increasing engagement with maternal fetal cardiac practitioners.
