Join 30-year-old regional private practice, that performs 60,000 anesthetics per year. Partnership with NO buy-in, SEVEN figure income potential and 8+ weeks off. A mix of hospital-ASC, primary hospital, or primary ASC. Enjoy the collegial culture, shared vision, and mentorship for helping new grads reach full potential. Participation in quality, hospital committees, service line liaison, group governance and leadership are encouraged. Board members are elected every two years. Group functions include dinners, harbor cruises, celebrations on the beach and more.
Job Responsibilities
• No trauma, No transplant
• Only healthy Peds
• High volume Ortho and Obstetrics
• No airway coverage required
• Q5 weekends on call
• Q10 weekday call and 5 late shifts per month
• Equal schedule and workload to equivalent partners
• Great mix of hospital and ASC
