    • Work Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm Mon - Friday, 1 week on call blocks every 4 weeks
    • Supervises CRNAs, 8 beds 5 step down beds (Pulm Critical Care support ICU and Hospitalist manage ventilators), No CT Surgery, no Nureo Surgery (All other surgeries) Most Surgeries are Ambulatory,
    • Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months) -Names/numbers of 3 references -U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder -Must have worked within the last 6 months
    • Pay Information: Option 1- $250/hr 1099
    • Option 2 - W-2 500k a year with benefits No Holiday Pay or overtime rates – note also that this client is under our FSS contract and they are not held to our typical cancellation policy (meaning they can cancel at any time for any reason w/o penalty)
    • Privileging Details: • Timeline: 6 weeks, Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications – BLS, ACLS & ATLS Fingerprints/background check is
    • Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible
    • EMR: CPRS system
    • License State: Any State License accepted
    • Worksite Information: 73 bed hospital,
      5 operating rooms
      Cover GI Clinic
      1 Minor Clinic
    • If CNRA is working during procedures or surgeries, then anesthesiologist has to be at the clinic
      Transfers will go to - Sentara Medical Center and Riverside Regional Medical Center
