**Coverage**

- Practice Setting: Both Outpatient and Inpatient

- Providers Requested: 2
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
- Will Facility Accept Multiple Providers? Yes

- Is Hospital Stroke Certified? Yes
- Patients Per Shift: 3-6 cases/day and 15-30 inpatient rounding
- Bed In Department: TBD
- Rounding: Both
**Requirements**
- Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
- The Following Certifications Are Required: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- License Requirement: Licensed in PA only
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
**Work Schedule**
- Monday-Friday, 7am to 4pm
- No weekend coverage
- No beeper call coverage; will be supporting on-call surgeon during shift
**Additional Information**
- Facility does not require hospital/surgery center privileges for the provider.
- Provider will not be required to supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
