•Call- Most likely won't use our provider for call but not rate sensitive

•Willing to accept NP's

•RN answers call and PAs take a second call to answer questions the RN cannot and to assist w/ afterhours emergencies along w/ a surgeon if patient must go to the OR (happens less than 10 times a year for entire practice) A few post op. inpatients, when there are inpatients recovering from surgery for 2-3 days, the on-call PA rounds on these patients

***Mainly upper body procedures, breast Augs, mammoplasty, lipo, mastectomy, neck lift etc. (all lower body done at the hospital)

•First assist breast, body, contouring, facial and cosmetic procedures including full dissections and multilayer closures

•Surgical clearance evaluations, education, staff training and interdepartmental task delegations

•Strictly gender confirming plastic surgery

•Rounding may be required
