Practice Setting:
Location : Connecticut
Department: General Surgery / Hospitalist
Shift: 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m- weekends and holidays with additional on call

Certification Requirements: Board Certified

State License Requirements: CT License (Must obtain prior to start of employment)
Additional License Requirement : ACLS, active DEA
EMR : Epic
Responsibilities :

• Consult patients for specialties of General surgery, Vascular, Plastics, Trauma, Thoracic, etc.
  
• They would take consults in ED. Would need experience with I&D, chest tubes and wound care.
  

Requirement :

• Two or more years of work experience as a Physician Assistant in General Surgery as part of patient population mix

Average Time of Credentialing: 60 days,

End Date : 9/26/2024
