Bilingual Physician Assistant (Radiology) - Fresno, CA

Schedule: 8-hour shift (Days) - Weekends as required

Bilingual in Spanish is required.

NOTE: We are looking for a particular candidate to fill this position. The PA must speak Spanish and have some experience in performing mild to moderate non-invasive procedures, it would be a plus to have a CA Radiology Fluoro supervisor license however that would not be required to start.

CORE FUNCTIONS:
1. Participates in patient management, including prescribing additional imaging procedures, following review with the supervising physician.

  1. Completes procedures under the guidance, supervision, and discretion of the supervising physician and displays competencies required by licensure, scope of practice, credentialing, and organizational policy.
  2. Assess and evaluate the physiologic and psychological responsiveness of each patient.
  3. Administers and orders intravenous medications and contrast media under the supervision of a physician.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
requires graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, and is currently registered as a PA-C.

Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
