**Job Qualifications:**
* Masters Degree in Nursing required (Clinical Nurse Specialist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner)
* One to three years experience in Psychiatric Nursing environment or mental health care environment is preferred
* Must have or be able to quickly obtain prescriptive authority in Indiana
**Summary of Job:**
* Provide psychiatric services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions for adults, children and adolescents
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* This job title does not supervisor others.
* Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management.
* Collaborate with treatment team members for medical supervision, utilizing advanced knowledge of psychopathology and psychopharmacology to assist clinical team members in diagnosis, case formulation, and choice of treatment interventions
* Maintain effective, collaborative relationship with Psychiatrists
* Regular and Reliable Attendance is required

* Meet billable hour productivity standards
* Complete clinical documentation within one business day of the service provided
* Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner
