  6. Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations as necessary, providing immediate support and coordinating emergency care if needed.

  7. Collaborative Care: Collaborate closely with psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of integrated, patient-centered care.

  8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates need to have a current CA license, or be able to obtain.
  • New Graduates or Experienced Providers.
  • Providers see on average 20 patients per day.
  • Monday-Friday schedule, with no call or weekends
  • Specialized training or experience in mental health care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathy and compassion for individuals dealing with mental health challenges.
