- 14 shifts per month= $194,685 per year
- Monthly schedule- 7 on 7 off
- Cover an average of 12 patients per shift
- Average of 1-3 admissions per shift
- Night Shifts 7pm-7am in house
- ED helps run codes
- Work with team of 3 hospitalists and 4 APP's
