Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$17.34 - $21.67 / hour

Summary

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Tuesday: 8am - 12pm

**Note: Starting in July 2024 our new location for this position will be at 12451 Gateway Blvd., Fort Myers, FL.

Responsible for supporting the administration of new hire onboarding, including scheduling, proctoring, maintaining materials, preparing reports, and overall program/process administrative activities. The Onboarding Program Assistant is responsible for assisting new employees through the entire onboarding experience by communicating and responding to program related information, questions, and requests. Prepares necessary materials in advance, providing an exceptional customer experience for Lee Healths newest employees. Provides support for the design and implementation of a best-practice, scalable onboarding strategy that emphasizes the candidate experience, strengthens the onboarding program, and optimizes the Lee Health brand- Caring People, Inspiring Health.
