- Full-time emergency medicine PA’s are needed for this hospital system in Delaware
- Candidates can be entry level or experienced
- Fully integrated health care system consisting of two hospitals and a free-standing ED plus numerous ambulatory and outpatient offices
- You will be the hospital's employee/(no contract medical group)
- Robust on-boarding and orientation program for new hires including shadow shifts and mentoring
- Base Rate $80.50/hr plus $5/hr Quality Incentive
- Work 1728 hours as a FTE – plus 60 hours of PTO
- Block scheduling available
- Located just 90 minutes from D C. and Philly as well as 45 minutes to Rehoboth Beach
