Group is seeking a part-time experienced Interventional Radiology APP for all ages who values balanced work-life harmony. 6 shifts a month in IR, but may be combined with other opportunities to create a full-time position:_x000D_
2 in Lancaster NH_x000D_
2 in Berlin NH_x000D_
1 in Colebrook NH_x000D_
1 rotating based upon need_x000D_

**Candidates must be proficient in all areas of Scope of Practice, Principal Duties and Functions:**_x000D_
-Completes interventional radiology procedures._x000D_
-Injects facet & SI Joints, exchanges and removes drainage catheters to include GU and GI drains._x000D_
-Imaging guided thoracentesis and paracentesis._x000D_
-Perform venography and assist with arteriography._x000D_
-PICC placement and repositioning with ultrasound or fluoroscopic guidance._x000D_
-Placement, repositioning and removal of tunneled and non-tunneled catheters including implanted ports._x000D_
-Perform lumbar puncture and myelography under imaging guidance._x000D_
-Perform biopsy under imaging guidance to include thyroid and lymph node._x000D_
-Perform arthrocentesis and joint injections under imaging guidance._x000D_
-Placement of small-bore chest tubes under imaging guidance._x000D_
-Completes US Breast Biopsies_x000D_

-Provides appropriate patient care._x000D_
-Obtains patients health history that is pertinent to their presenting complaint._x000D_
-Performs physical examination that is appropriate to the presenting complaint and historical data._x000D_
-Obtains the appropriate diagnostic studies necessary to evaluate differential diagnosis._x000D_
-Prescribes the appropriate medications and other treatment modalities within expertise and scope of practice._x000D_
-Provides the appropriate patient and family education regarding treatment and recommendations for follow-up care._x000D_
-Documents assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care in the patient record._x000D_
-Identifies situations that are beyond their expertise as an IR PA or scope of practice and refers to the appropriate Radiologist._x000D_
-Applies sound judgement and skill in emergent situations.
