Qualifications
PMHNP Board Certified
2 years of Behavioral Health experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Arizona license or ability to obtain
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
