Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary plus w/RVU -- competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

Job Responsibilities

Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patients.
Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning.
100% inpatient, round on inpatient hospice patients M-F.

Qualifications

Three years or more of work experience as NP in an acute care setting or with Palliative Care and Hospice is required, will not consider anyone with less.
Active/Unrestricted State NP License in Ohio
Active DEA
Board Certified
ACLS Certification
Updated CV with mm/yyyy format
Clean malpractice/background history
Geriatric Certification (or willing to obtain within 1 year)

Working Hours

Day Shift
8am-5pm
5 day workweek + rotating on-call

Skills

Must have passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population.
