The job entails Monday to Friday shifts, 40 hours per week, with no weekends or call duty. The patient population consists of adults (18+) with psychiatric conditions. The EMR system used is Avatar. Required certifications include BC/BE in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine, DEA, BLS, and an Oregon medical license. Procedures include history and physicals, check-ups, acute illness management, follow-up care, and patient examinations for acute distress. The credentialing time is between 30-45 days. A COVID vaccination is also required.
