Job Description:

This position has been allocated for a licensed and board certified Advanced Practice Provider.

We are in search of a licensed Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to provide occupational medicine care to our Workmed patient population on an "as needed" basis primarily splitting time between our Logan and Tremonton Workmed locations. Workmed facilities provide walk-in service for industrial injuries that are not immediately life or health threatening. Minor trauma and repetitive strain injuries are examples of types of injuries seen in our clinics. We are the front door for the majority of patients with work-related health concerns, diagnosing and supporting them in getting the appropriate follow up care by referring out to other specialists as needed on a case by case basis. We are looking for a flexible, collaborative, APP with the ability to fill in when our staffed providers are sick or out on PTO. While working in the northern Utah area will be expected regularly, the opportunity for this APP to flex to other Workmed locations throughout the state of Utah and to Burley, ID may arise. These locations outside of the APP's primary work location may include fuel, mileage, and accommodation reimbursement on a case by case basis as such both a Utah and Idaho NP or PA license will required for employment.
