  • Coverage Needed:
    • ASAP - Ongoing
  • Clinical Information:
    • Schedule: Mostly 8's and 10's, Occasionally 10's and 16's are available
      • 8 hrs: 6:45 am - 3:15 pm
      • 10 hrs: 6:45 am - 5:15 pm
      • 12 hrs: 6:45 am - 7:15pm
      • 16 hrs: 6:45 am - 11:15 pm
      • 24 hrs: 7:00 am - 7:00 am
      • Beeper: 3:00 pm - 7:00 am
    • Call Beeper and Weekends
      • 1 beeper call per month - 12 - 16 hrs. during the week depending on the shift worked that day and 24 hrs. beeper 7:00 am - 7:00 pm on weekends
      • Weekends are not required but if willing to work this is a bonus. The shifts are with 8 hr. 6:45 am - 3:15 pm or 12 hrs. 6:45 am - 7:15 pm.
    • Adult patients
    • Inpatient and Outpatient
    • 50 - 60 Cases Daily
    • Support Staff: RN
    • EMR: Medaxion
    • Cases: Thoracic, Major Vascular, OB, Neuro, Trauma, o/p, prop screening, Ortho
  • Required:
    • Board Certified
    • Active Florida state license
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
