Location – Portland, OR
-Start: September 2023 (pending credentialing 90 days)
-Duration: 13 weeks + option to extend – Ongoing
-Schedule: 5x8s open to 4x10s (full time availability – greatly appreciate if candidate is willing to float between sites from time to time)
-Casework: All casework types are performed between the three facilities (open to hearing what you are comfortable/capable of performing)
-EMR: Epic
-Rate: $9,000+/weekly
-Will cover full travel and lodging (Hotel, Flight, Rental Car, Mileage, and malpractice insurance)
Location – Hermiston, OR
-Start: ASAP (pending credentialing 30 days)
-Duration: 13 weeks + option to extend
-Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a-3p (no on call or call-back)
-Casework: General, B+B, Ortho, some peds
-EMR: Epic
-Rate: $9,000+/weekly
-Details: Patient volume roughly 10/daily, 3-4 physicians/support staff
