Tony M. Brown, President and Founder of Mint Medical Physician Staffing (which includes Mint Medical Staffing in Arizona and Prime Staff in Texas) is currently the sole owner. Mr. Brown is a successful business leader and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the health care staffing industry. A resident of Houston, Texas since 1980, he attended AbileneChristianUniversity in Abilene and is a respected leader in his church, business, and community.
David Garner, Controller, joined Mint Medical Physician Staffing in August of 2006 as Internal Controller after serving twelve years in various entrepreneurial financial leadership roles. David leads the Prime Staff Finance Department to manage the day-to-day accounting support for its medical staff and nation-wide clientele. David has a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Design and is currently working on both his Masters Degree and certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
Debra Bokel, Director of Operations - Mint Medical Staffing, ARIZONA, has spent her entire career in the health care field - beginning in a nurse staffing agency, where she worked in the accounting department. She went on to serve as Reimbursement Manager of a home health agency, before finding her "niche" in Physician Recruiting and Staffing. Debra served as Division Manager and then Chief Operating Officer of Mint Medical Physician Staffing in Houston, Texas for over six years before moving to Arizona and accepting the position of Director of Operations in Arizona.
