In operation since April 2002, NeoHealth, Inc., a 501(c)3 Federally Qualified Health Center, was establised in response to the overwhelming need for accessible health care in rural Northeastern Oklahoma. What began with one health center in Hulbert, Oklahoma has grown to five health center sites in surrounding communities.
