Collaborative HealthCare is looking for a medical professional to perform small & large joint injections with an on-site ultrasound needle guidance machine. Order testing for NCV/EMG studies & MRI. ordering cervical & lumbar epidurals which are performed by our anesthesiologist. We deal with neuromusculoskeletal injuries through medical intervention, chiropractic care, rehab and DME. We have been in Lexington SC for 11 years next to beautiful Lake Murray.
