SHIFT DETAILS :
- Clinic open 8:00am-4:00pm
WORK DETAILS :
- Looking to build the PRN pool of physicians
- Support staff: 1 physician and 1 APP (support stuff for infusion therapy and MA or RN)
- Patients per day: Volume pending.
- Department description: 1 physician and 1 APP see patients in clinic and round in hospital. APP assists with patient care and answers questions regarding infusion etc.
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital bed size: 90
- Practice Setting: Hospital and Outpatient Infusion Clinic
REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certification: Board Certified in Oncology
- License required: Ohio (can begin credentialing pending license; Ohio is IMLC state)
- Name Clear Process – NO
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
